SAFETY FIRST was founded in 2013 by Sergejs Strautiņš with a clear vision – to build an occupational health and safety company where quality, practical expertise, and international experience are reflected in every service we provide.

Over the years, this vision has grown into one of the leading safety solution providers in the Baltics, trusted by companies across a wide range of industries.

In 2022, Vunders Zitans joined the company as co-owner, bringing fresh energy and a strategic approach that further strengthened our team, processes, and long-term growth.

Today, SAFETY FIRST is a dynamic and continuously developing company built on professionalism, responsibility, and respect for people. We work with major industrial clients while maintaining a strong team culture where expertise, collaboration, and continuous development are valued every day.
